Talking to your son about periods can be awkward, but it doesn’t have to be. It’s important for both boys and girls alike to know what menstruation is, how it happens, when it will happen and why.
If you’re a dad or mom of a boy who has started puberty already, enroll him for this course.
We are looking for boys who would like to understand periods in a funfilled, interactive, educative and empowering way without feeling hesitant.
What will i learn?
- Understanding how bodies work will mean he is better prepared to take responsible steps.
- What periods mean.
- Why & when do girls get her periods.
- Will understand the reproductive system of a female.
- He will know how to help and support the women he loves.
- What are the different types of period products, and how do they work?
- How to help a girl in tough situations.
- Will be confident in buying period products for the females in his life. Whether it's his mother, sister, friend, wife or daughter.
- Myths will be busted. Whether a girl can go near the pickle or can she visit a temple? These questions have always been around. He will get an understanding of the same.
- What are the physical discomforts during periods like cramps and pains.
- Emotional state of a girl during periods.
- Understanding Pre Menstrual Syndrome
